This is my favourite of the new Sauces.
At first you notice the garlic and other seasonings but in very short order your tongue is MELTED! Great flavour, the heat is probably a bit much for this old timer but I have persisted with it and found that if I just use a little less on my steak or chicken, it is great. Still feels like I have dipped the tip of my tongue in acid...but worth it. So worth it!
On a side note, I have purchased expensive gaming hardware that has come in lesser quality packaging. Unpacking the sauces is an experience in itself. Well done!!
I maniacally ripped open the very chic packaging like a rabid raccoon to get to the goods and was certainly NOT disappointed. I polished off a quarter of a bottle of Liftoff on my first meal and could not fault the heat and flavour. As someone who collects hot sauces, and has been through most on the market (including most of Blair's range), Liftoff is easily a new favourite due to it hitting the perfect flavour point of heat without losing flavour. Keep up the great work guys, I'll be putting in another order soon!
Arrived in smart looking packaging and cool bottle, however, the sauce is anything but cool, it's Hot!
Very tasty! Garlic hits first, then some mild savory flavours and then comes the heat! Boom! Good hot heat, not the hectic kind and lingers.
Used the sauce with chicken, steak and to heat up a curry. Cleverly created.
