Who we are

These policies are provided by Hardcore Harry Pty Ltd.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to process and deliver your order, provide customer support and run the store. This can include your full name, email address, shipping address, optional mobile number, order details and messages you send us.

Delivery contact details

We use your email address to confirm your order and provide delivery updates. If you provide a mobile number, we may share it with Australia Post where needed for delivery, tracking or collection notifications. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfil orders, process payments, communicate about orders, respond to enquiries and improve the store. We only send marketing emails when you choose to receive them.

Marketing

Marketing is optional. When you tick the email sign-up box, you can receive new sauce drops, early access, proper-food ideas and the occasional thank-you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email.

Order confirmations, delivery updates and other essential service messages are separate from marketing and may still be sent when you place an order.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the store and fulfil orders, including Shopify, payment providers, Australia Post, Judge.me and analytics or advertising services such as Google Analytics and Meta. They receive only the information needed to provide their service.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technology to keep the site working, understand how it is used and measure advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us. Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia.
