FIRST BOTTLE GUARANTEE

If you're not happy with your first order, we'll refund one bottle within 30 days of delivery — no return required. One claim per customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, get in touch as soon as possible. We'll assess each case individually and sort out the right fix.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because our products are food, we generally can't accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been delivered.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You're still entitled to any remedies the law provides.

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method wherever possible. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
