FIRST DEPLOYMENT GUARANTEE

Customers may request a refund of the purchase price for one unit from their first order within 30 days of delivery. No return is required. Limit one claim per customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Hardcore Harry as soon as possible. Each request is assessed individually and appropriate remedies may be offered.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the consumable nature of food products, change of mind returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing within this policy excludes rights provided under Australian Consumer Law. Customers remain entitled to remedies available under applicable legislation.

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
