SYSTEM STATUS
PRODUCTS & ORDERS
By placing an order through Hardcore Harry, customers agree to these terms and any policies published on this platform. All products are subject to availability.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Hardcore Harry reserves the right to update pricing, availability and deployment quantities without notice. Once a deployment is sold out, additional units may not be produced.
VERIFICATION SYSTEM
Hardcore Harry products may include unique deployment codes and verification systems. Verification confirms that a unit exists within the official Hardcore Harry registry. Verification does not transfer ownership, warranty rights or intellectual property rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Hardcore Harry branding, imagery, content, deployment systems, logos and written material remain the property of Hardcore Harry Industries. Content may not be reproduced without permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardcore Harry is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of products, services or platform systems. Nothing in these terms excludes rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of Hardcore Harry products or services will be subject to the applicable courts and legal processes of Queensland.
