Every deployment is packed, inspected and dispatched using Australia Post.
SYSTEM STATUS
ORDER PROCESS
Once an order is placed, it enters the Hardcore Harry dispatch system. Each order is packed, checked and prepared for shipment before being handed over to Australia Post.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days following dispatch. Delivery timeframes vary depending on location. Regional and remote locations may require additional transit time.
TRACKING INFORMATION
All orders include Australia Post tracking. Tracking details are provided by email once the order has been dispatched.
DISCREET PACKAGING
All orders are shipped in protective outer packaging. Products are securely packed to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Hardcore Harry is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Delays caused by carriers, weather or external factors remain outside our control.
