WHY WE NUMBER THEM
Every batch we make is limited — not because we're trying to create artificial hype, but because small batches are the only way to actually taste what we're shipping before it goes out.
Each bottle gets a batch code and a sequential number, so it's tied to the specific run it came from, not just an anonymous bottle off an endless line.
WHAT'S ON THE BOTTLE
- Batch code
- Production quantity for that batch
- Release year
- Sequential unit number
It's a small detail, but it means your bottle is traceable back to exactly when and how it was made.
DOES THAT MEAN IT WON'T COME BACK?
No. When a batch sells out, we make another one. The recipe stays the same — what changes is the batch number on the label.
We're not selling permanent scarcity. We're just making sauce properly, in amounts small enough to actually control.
